                           JHOPE                                                                                                                                                                                   J-Hope, born Jung Ho-seok on February 18, 1994, in Gwangju, South Korea, is one of the most dynamic and vibrant members of BTS, the internationally renowned K-pop group. Known for his exceptional dance skills, infectious energy, and positive outlook, J-Hope’s journey from a small-town boy to a global superstar is a story of talent, hard work, and unyielding optimism.

J-Hope’s passion for dance started at a young age. Growing up in Gwangju, he was heavily involved in the local dance scene, joining a dance crew called Neuron. His talent for dance earned him several awards in local competitions, which bolstered his confidence and fueled his dream of becoming an entertainer. His early experiences with dance laid a strong foundation for his future career, showcasing his potential as a performer.

In 2010, J-Hope auditioned for Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE Corporation) and was accepted as a trainee. The training period was intense and challenging, filled with rigorous practice sessions and little certainty about debuting. However, J-Hope’s dedication and natural talent shone through, and he was selected to join BTS, a seven-member boy band. BTS made their debut in June 2013 with the single album "2 Cool 4 Skool," marking the beginning of J-Hope’s journey to stardom.

As a member of BTS, J-Hope quickly became known for his exceptional dance skills and his role as the group's main dancer. His stage presence, characterized by his sharp, precise movements and high energy, set him apart. He also took on the role of rapper and songwriter, contributing to the group's music with his unique style and creativity. J-Hope’s positive energy and charismatic personality earned him the nickname "sunshine" among fans and fellow members.
